1. Nanit Pro Smart Baby Monitor & Floorstand This is hands down our can’t live without item! It looks nice in nursery and allows you to monitor your baby on your phone from literally anywhere. It’s also a nightlight and sound machine, so you can save space in the process. This baby monitor will give you the peace of mind you need when you start sleep training your little one (pssst... buy: “Twelve Hours’ Sleep by Twelve Weeks Old” by Suzy Giordano) and/or start allowing others to watch your baby overnight. |

2. Sorelle Princeton Elite Crib and Changer By now you may be noticing we are huge fans of multipurpose, space-saving items that fit in with a peaceful nursery aesthetic. We’re also all about sleep training your baby as early as possible (more on this soon), so a crib is crucial to have early on. This crib also has a changing table and drawers (which you can never have enough when organizing) and can convert to a toddler bed as baby grows. |

3. CutieCozy Satin Fitted Crib Sheets You know we couldn’t give you a list of our fav things without making a shameless plug for our satin fitted crib sheets! Using a satin fitted crib sheet will help to protect your baby's delicate hair and prevent bald spots. These sheets come in simple, gender-neutral designs and are labeled to help you know what part of the sheet is the top/bottom/side (which is crucial when you’re trying to quickly change the bed). Be sure to have a few so you can easily rotate your sheets without feeling the pressure to wash clothes literally everyday. |

4. Babyletto Kiwi Nursery Glider Recliner No matter how small your nursery is, a reclining glider is an absolute must have. The recliner is clutch even before the baby arrives, when your 9 months pregnant and can no longer comfortably lay down in your bed. The glider is also great for moments when you want to quietly and smoothly recline your chair while rocking your baby to sleep, without waking them up or exerting too much energy. Like I said, we’re all about making life easier. |

We originally got the Ubbi diaper pail, but eventually realized that it did not do a good job at containing the smell. Munchkin does a much better job at containing the smell and it is worth getting over the Ubbi despite the fact that it requires special trash bags (unlike the Ubbi). Trust me, there is nothing more frustrating than putting all of this effort into creating a beautiful nursery space and it constantly spelling like poo. |
